To get access to the discord you have to have pledged at least $1 to one of his games. If you do and your discord is linked to your patreon it will give you access. Even if you stop your pledge you still have access to the discord just some of the channels are blocked.

== Abandoned Manor ==
Beta 0.26 includes a spooky new addition to Crimson City! An old abandoned manor has appeared in a forgotten section of the park. You can get there by going to the East District, south/down into the Park, and then west/left past the new gates.
This manor has long been rumored to be haunted. Some rumors even say that a few who have dared to explore the manor have never returned...
But it's probably all just silly rumors!
Exploring the manor might be worth the fright!

The game's development has gone on so long they've made how many halloween events now?
So the ghost was Meredith? So what was the point of this update exactly? Seriously the time and effort that was taken to make this could have been used for an already existing character and then actually have some significance.

I don't think the ghost was Meredith herself. I think that was the ghost pretending to be her. But Meredith may or may not have the ability to use magic so it is possible.
