I don't know why this was not fixed. But the gallery mod or the patch in the op both fix the problem.

If I had to guess I would say you are missing the ones in either Natasha's house or the one in the boiler room of the pool house (The room Ashley was stuck in).

Pls android version

Use joiplay from playstore. Then download the Windows Version. In my experience, it is more stable than android ported. I play using Samsung galaxy Note 4 but still smooth gameplay uing windows version.
