Lol, LMAO even. So you are mad that they censored lewd outfits on a video game? Or are you mad that they are censoring the violence? Because I could see the one about violence to be more of a problem since they advertised the game to be the actual issue. Stellar Blade is NOT a PORN GAME, its a game that is on consoles and that kids can play, it would be company suicide to add semi-NSFW outfits to a non-porn game.
I'm against any such censorship. Wether it be lewd outfits in Stellar Blade, robots instead of Marines in Half-Life or Undead in World of Warcraft that don't show any bones or the skull.
They also didn't "add" those outfits after the fact, they cut them OUT after the fact. This is an important distinction, as you could argue the original artistic vision was impaired by western sensibilities.
Is this important enough for me to start a campaign on the internet? No, as I said in this thread previously: Crying about it won't make it stop, just don't buy the game. But the topic is important enough for me to state my opinion on the general matter (that being censorship).

Censorship is pointless, there will always be some patch to decensor things. Stellar Blade is another delayed masterpiece, just waiting for them to port it to PC.

...well kind of!
With version 1.03 the developer has added a buss rush mode, many game improvements and 5 new outfits to the game. Two of those outfits are very similar to the Bunny and the Bondage Suite and these two iterations are added UNCENSORED.
So the original outfits are STILL censored, but we got alternate uncensored versions added on top.
So yeah, our backlash did already PROOF to have an impact. For now, we have won the battle, but we STILL need to WIN THE WAR. So keep signing the petition guys, we are on a good way

This game was never censored, just read ShiftUp's statement on it, also you might not like it as it doesn't fit the narative but it doesn't make it false.
