And Im not sure what you mean with shovelware, thats Kagura Games for you. Mango Partys publishing is very diverse and often offers great games of varying genre.
Also, pornography is not allowed in China, so its quite strange how they publish. I guess it works because they arent the developers themselves, or have their studio based outside of China.
