the chapter 1 rework isn't until after the next update. So come back in 2 more updates if you want to wait for it to happen. Think the next update should be pretty soon if I recall I think estimated timeframe is end of May so you basically just got to wait for 1 more update + 1 - 2 months give or take for the rework.

Yeah, stuff like that is harder for a porn game because at the end of the day, regardless of anyone's opinions on gender politics and what not, they still want to be attracted to the LI in the game. And most of us, again despite what we support or don't support, find Mason attractive right now, but wouldn't if he ended up looking like an actual man.

But you're right, though. It would be a really sweet story beat in a friend route. Or even in like.. a bittersweet romance route where the MC makes the decision to support Mason's transition (if that's what Mason really wants) while distancing himself romantically and moving on. I wouldn't do it, cause at the end of the day this is mostly porn for me (story's ofc phenomenal, but still).

Anyways, I'm so glad Neon has better taste than to club political takes over our heads in his game . And no, Mason existing as a character is not that. I'm reminded of a game I recently played that had the most awkward scene referencing political garbage. And it doesn't get any better even if you agree with it, either. It's just not a good way to write a porn game.. for one, it completely ruins your boner, I mean come on wtf is even the goal of porn games these days


OMG, I'll be soooo happy if Mason is a twink/trap trans man I find them attractive. It's basically a more extreme tomboy And I personally would rather not have to feel too guilty on a romance route where Mason wants a ton of hormones and stuff, to the point where he'll be too masculine for my tastes. It's one of those things that's good for story and a feeling of doing what's right to help someone in need, but completely runs counter to a porn VN where your LI basically becomes the opposite of what you're into. I'd imagine you had that in mind when writing Mason, though! Glad that's one thing I don't have to worry about anymore

Oo interesting question. Obviously I'm not dev, but Nicki doesn't seem like the super jealous/desperate type to me. If I had to guess, I'd think she'd either be respectfully distant about it or a good ol' wingbitch After all, she knows MC fucks other chicks and doesn't seem to have an issue with it, even teases him about it. Though maybe that's a defense mechanism

I highly doubt he would. He's basically just confirmed (if I understood) that Mason's only interested in going so far in their transitioning (definitely no surgery, probably no hormones or very, very minor amount). Sounds like Mason mostly just wants to be called he/him and look like a tomboy, which is exactly what I was hoping for.

And anyways, even if he were adding that story beat, I don't think you'd have to worry on the corruption or dark route

I see a lot of misinformation about it. Yes, with both metoidioplasty and phalloplasty you can have erections. With metoidioplasty in a natural way, since it is still a hypertrophied clitoris (and clitoris, I guess you have observed that, also becomes erect). The problem? The result is a very small penis.
With Phalloplasty you get a bigger penis, almost natural size. The problem? That you cannot have a natural erection without the help of a hydraulic prosthesis.

I think we'll see Nicki be way more of a bro, than a green-eyed monster. But, I think a lot of that could vary based on who MC chose to romance.

Like, she may raise a brow at an age-gap relationship with Gabby, Viola, Pepper, etc. She'd probably be on-board with Carolina. I think she'd view relationships with Brittani or Risa as being symptomatic of a mid-life crisis, until she got to know them better. She'd likely be a bit wary of Ashe, at first blush. And then there's Alex.. >_>

But, I don't think it's binary. It's possible for Nicki to be happy for MC, while also being a little stung, or wondering what could have been. But, I think that if she hasn't been pursued by Romantic MC, she's likely still in that headspace from early on, where she can acknowledge she doesn't really need to be dating anyone at the moment.

off the top of my head for short stories. I think be fun to see / explore some of the times where Nicki were hanging out as friends. I know part of this is planned for the chapter 1 rework. But since I don't know how much of this you plan to show in the rework , a short story version of this would be welcomed for sure that and im just a sucker for wholesome moments like this.

Ashe and Wren maybe at the party before the accident. I think be nice to see how they interacted with one another as friends before the accident.

Perhaps Brittani start into her career of being a model could be a good one. Tho be nice to show a bit of the how and why more in a bit more detail as I know it's cause of her mother. But that might be a bit to much for a short story.

I think I recall reading part of a written short story of Viola and how she got her job that could be nice as well.
