It would be kind of funny if the prequel started with full harem and the one girlfriend from the original game was inevitably the last girl remaining with MC by the end of it.

There is no pretty way to say this, just I'll just be direct with it. The author straight up stole one of my designs, what the fuck?
To be more specific, this one:
This is a character I designed over a year and a half ago for what was in the time meant to be my first vn project.

Want more proof? Sure. At some point I decided that I wanted the game to be 2art. Here are some screenshots of that.
TO THE DEV:
This one was the first character I ever designed for a game, the first character I ever commissioned and one I'm very attached to because of the moment I was going through at that point in my personal life. This character is mine. She was meant to be one of the main love interest of my game. You didn't even bother changing her a bit. Even small details like the cross pendant and the watch are there. You didn't even ask for permission. You stole her design. You have no right to use her for your game.
I am asking you to delete her from your game and any image where she is present. Im asking nicely for now since it might have been an honest mistake. I highly doubt it since you also decided to straight up lift Max from life is strange. But I'll give you the benefit of the doubt. Remove my character from your game.
TO EVERYONE ELSE:
A lot of you probably dont give a shit about any of this and are her for the porn. That's fair, no shame on it. But for the people that care a bit about the artistry of making games, I'm asking you not to support the dev. This clearly one shady son of a bitch and you'd be wasting your money and time on a project that can't even bother designing its own characters.
If it sounds like I'm mad. I am. Hope that can be understood given the circumnstances. Thank you to anyone who took the time to read this.
If anyone has any advice on what could possibly be done if this dev doesn't do anything about it, I'd be glad to hear.

Thing is I never shared the card as a far as I can remember. What you see up there are screenshots, not character cards. So idk where he got it from or if he actually spent time copying the design manually. Im trying to look for proof of the latter if it is possible, but we'll see

Well.. Respectfully, about some of the characters like Max from LIS, they're pretty much accessible through any card sharing site or even in the HS2 discord server. So he might have just yoinked it from there. I'm not sure about your card though. They did look pretty eerily similar.
Unless you also used another card to make your OC, you both may have gotten the same source but I'm just merely guessing because it's impossible to recreate the same character 1:1 with the same consistency unless you're very skilled at distinguishing what sliders were used into making that character. Besides, the design that chick has is similar to countless of anime characters that might have inspired it like for example:

You literally shared your card on the card sharing for the server meaning you consented into sharing your character to the public
That was before discord disallowed picture metadata removal which is probably why he can use your card lol.

Yeah, I just tried again and I cannot use those cards on my own game so at least that's a concern out of the way. I think i tested it back then and I don't remember being able to use them either which why I assumed no one else would.
Yeah. I am making a game with the character. I want to show the character to the public since she is one of the love interests of the game. I don't think that means I'm consenting to people using her in their games, especially when the caption says: 'hey I'm making something with her'. Moreso when I believed discord was erasing the metadata on its own and the cards were unusable.
