I try to give the roommate "apprropriate study material" I bought on nilery but whenever I go to her in the morning I can't trigger the event. The other quests are not included yet. Alice's favor also won't trigger as well as the study session with Eleanor. Can someone help me out? My Level is maxed out for now while also having tried multiple dialogue possibilities.

Shattered Minds Dev Update 03/23: Improved and new features

Hey all!

Beside two whole quests (Eleanors first one and Landladys first one), V0.02 of Shattered Minds will include various bug fixes and enhancements to the game and it's mechanics.

Today I'd like to show you those improved or totally new features!
I've made gifs so you can instantly see how the new game features look like.
Please excuse the poor quality of these gifs.


The textbox

It's now possible to use a text box.
There's now a slider in the option's menu called "Dialogue box opacity". With it you can set the textbox' opacity.
By default, the textbox remains transparent.


Advance the day via the calendar icon

A quality of life improvement.
Beginning with V0.02, it is now possible to end the day using the calendar. You can choose to go home and sleep if you click the calendar button in the evening.
You automatically wake up at home the next day.
You can still manually go into bed. But by using the calendar, you spare yourself a lot of time and unnecessary wandering.


Quest Tracker

It's now possible to track quests.
This means you can always see directly on your HUD what's the next step to take in the selected quest, without opening the quest log every time.
You can stop tracking at any time or switch freely between the quests.


What is also added in V0.02 are clear indicators in the quest log, that shows you when all the currently available content has been seen/played. I forgot to add that to some quests.

Here an overview, what quests are playable in V0.01:
Ava's first quest, Sarah's first quest, Bill's first quest.

They aren't marked as that in the game. Neither in the quest log nor when approaching them.
There's more quests that won't show no availabilty in the quest log but rather only when clicking on the person or the building. Displaying that information in the quest log would be more helpful.

Good try for first effort on this. v.01 takes too much time moving around to find where things are and hard to find (for me) where a person actually is - had to go several times to college to find the new girl outside. As it's just a start, these things are to be expected. Wish there was one good facial or creampie in there but I suppose all in good time. This is my first non-complete game I've tried and only on my phone too.

When you have corrupted someone almost completely, you can rewrite/reprogramm their personality by using your power.

I planned on making a mod for the game for all that once v0.02 came out, but if the dev decides to add a "story" mode like you suggest I guess I won't have to. I'll wait and see what 0.02 is like.
