Nargonight What is the full path to the "Frasco_GGI.def" file? Judging by your screenshot, it should be "stages/Frasco_GGI/Frasco_GGI.def".
My first guess would be that it is currently under "stages/Frasco_GGI/Frasco_GGI/Frasco_GGI.def", which is one "Frasco_GGI" too many. If so, either change the entry in "select.def" to reflect that or simply move the files up one level to match the entry. To be clear: the "select.def" entry on that screenshot looks fine.
Second guess: maybe the full path is too long: try moving the "Hentai Mugen" folder to the root folder of whatever drive it resides on and running the game then.
