Seen a couple posts for this, but I'll ask anyway. Mizuki (fortune teller) disappears from the map after you get her affection to 60. It says she's in her apartment, but there just ghosts. Do we have a work around, of a fix for this?

I'm assuming you mean Kanae the one that looks like Miyuki.
After you 100% Shizuku, Kanae will appear at Dojin Mansion in the Morning. Then later that day (or was it next day) she'll appear at ocean docks where the benches are. Up to a certain point of affection she'll sit there again, so just stay up late and use your camera on the man at the love hotel.

You never, ever, EVER, hand out a save until the game is fully translated and patched.
Maybe the texts of the conversations need to be a little smaller, it's because unlike the Japanese, the translation enlarges the dialogue balloons and makes them cover the characters and overlaps with the ui on the upper right, not much, just a little enough so that It can be read without problems but it is only my opinion the translation is incredible and you are working extremely hard and thanks as always it usually happens in events like the one where the heroines dress up as Santa Claus or those events where the texts move close from the ui up to the right.
This is not in the guide, but for those who don't know, at midnight in the apartment block where Kagami lives, at the center door in the lower part, there is an npc who sells you doping items and new scenes.

I have almost played through it (aside from a few photos which I still need to find) and must say that game is literally GOTY wtf this is so goated I've never binge played an H-game like that there's so much content and so much fun. Actually crazy how doujin otome always deliver.
Gotta say, at first I thought that the game was almost perfect.
Then I saw Miyuki's ending and I knew that I was looking at a masterpiece, game of the year easily, heck, maybe of the decade, shit is above great and everything in the world is right with this flawless piece of art, common GODjin Otome/IkeDios W, 20/10 will play it dozens of times again.

Luckily we're getting some content he couldn't implement without pushing the game back again.
So wait until those free updates roll on out. It's not DLC though, but hey if this causes a bigger boom. Then who knows what he'll do.
