I haven't been playing for quite a while but as always - if it is in the game files (check the data folders) and unreachable, most likely a placeholder and if it isn't, it is only concept art or an unrelated picture.

If you still want to check, simply look for the original filename (similarity search if it was renamed) and if anything calls it.

Zenkuro would make a fortune with ASMR. You wouldn't believe how much people pay for this on average - a fully illustrated audio work can easily go for 10,000+ yen, even when the voice artist and sound effects are mediocre at best.

That's what I said about Kaze no Koe too - the artist's ASMR-ready CG sets that read like novels are worth at least ten times what they are being sold for and I rarely encourage high prices.
