I don't remember if I mentioned it here or somewhere else, but originally there was no scene planned for the Queen. However, people are asking about her every now and then, so it seems to me as if there is a real interesting in her. I haven't prepared anything for her yet, but I'm considering her for a scene later.

You can just make her refuse absolutely every advance of the protagonist, it's not that bad to have a strong / important female character that isn't bangable, or that would want fidelity (especially for a queen).

As vimayngu_07 mentioned, you need to advance the main story go get access to the desert country Dorgania in the west.

Or perhaps is simply the desire for more NTR what makes people be interested in her.

Yes, the main story will end eventually. But the development is planned to continue, and add more content even after the story is done. Probably not endlessly, but for a good while.

May I ask what the Queen in particular is appealing? Is it the milf trait? The possible NTR with her husband? The goal to get all royal women into your harem? Or a general liking in her appearance/type?

Kavrala's scene starts at her store, after the workshop for the "Orchel Trade Route" quest is done and the scene of Zaleria with Ashryn is unlocked.

I don't know the exact date, since it started as a hobby project and wasn't continued sometimes for month in the early stages. The first public forum thread, which I created after I had a bit to show and wanted feedback from other people, was made in December 2013. Eventually, I became more serious about the project and started to work more regularly on it, later as a part time job, and since 2021 as a full time job.
