It's not right now. The latest post on Sourjelly's patreon is about a work-in-progress build of Dungeon Sanctuary. I'm not subscribed though so I have no idea if there's a download link in there.
I think someone else in this thread mentioned that save files are specific to hardware ID or something so a save from someone else probably won't work for you. Best you can do is play the game with cheats if you wanna try to unlock everything
Man, must be pretty mind blowing knowing that you are the only person (Knowned) to still be alive from a recently by gone era, all your loved ones are likely dead or more-or-less mindless plant zombies. I wonder what he has in store for the sequel, considering the protagonist is basically the link between the two.
Seeing how the game states that UV rays accelerate the mutation process, it might be that she'll have to escape the bunker and find a safe haven before she gets surrounded by horribly mutated, eldritch looking abominations. It seems like even when completely infected people can retain at least some of their previous memories and personality and suppress sexual urges (as can be seen with Jake, the giant with the red scarf who protects you in that one double giant boss fight). I think best case scenario she goes looking for a place with infected people who aren't completely mindless yet or maybe she decides "fuck it" and starts following the giant tree.

I'm hoping the sequel shows there other survivors like her. Would be neat if part of the gameplay revolves around the protagonist doing supply runs, which in turn is a vehicle for lore exposition, much like how it was implemented in the original when you come across old recordings hinting how bad the situation was. I mean, I know I still remember one recording where that one guy lost his wife at the bunker, while their daughter later ends up being a test subject for worse.

about time i get to speedrun another favorite game of mine when its released
Are there any similar games like this one with plants / mutation / outbreak / transformation in terms of gameplay and animations?

looking back on this game... I think it would have been interesting to have another game where you could see the male perspective of the infection, with the female zombies, male mc, maybe some good weapons... I mean, we see soldiers bodies everywhere, but none of them as an assault rifle or a shotgun, playing with only a pistol made me mald at some point if I remember.
