Not necesarilly. The crest could be removed by a boss or some unexpected abomination before the boss fight, maybe enough depravity gives you the option to erase the blessing (hentai doujin style). Goblin breeders are a classic tag that the developers cannot miss, plus the description also implies humans can impregnate your nun (whatever name you picked for her).

Since I mentioned I'd like multi-stage game overs and it doesn't look like the demi-humans would get you killed in the same way the worms in Sinisistar 1 did, it would be nice if you got caught too many times they just cut her arms and legs off, that way we have a proper escalating defeat into game over.

Yeah nah, I like Sinisistar for the gore part since not a lot of games truly show the gore (along with the usual hentai scenes lol). Sinisistar was one of the only games I ever completed, no hacks or using other people saves, just me grinding my way to the ending.
Same. Been a while since I really played them. The ones that I completed were PIC, Anthophobia and first Sinisistar. All others - download, check gallery, delete.
Yup, boss thing was awesome. Overall swamp area is quite good in terms of h. The only thing I don't like is that the animations of defeat seem shorter when compared to first game. Leeches as parasites are super cool. I really hope uu will remake pig farmer scene in full game.

So she actually get fucked yet? I know, coming to a Sinisitar game expecting actual sex scenes and not just a gorefest is a bit silly but hey, I can get off with just 1 or 2 scenes. That's what full gallery saves are for, right? If she weren't so dang cute I wouldn't even care.

Don`t know what you played but Sinister had a lot of sex scenes that didn`t involve gore/ ryona.
