Comparing to the previous v0.3 game version, practically few changes with stats. (Other than making - stealth lv.2 available)

It is still there in the tool. There is a slight change on its appearance (due to the latest game version)

Of course they don't trigger as they weren't implemented in game version 0.04.02.
How can a 0.04.00-mod trigger sth that was just implemented in game version 0.05.00?!

You CAN use the mod, just get the money needed, but do NOT instant deliver the Stepladder and Camera (wait for regular delivery) and the quest works. Yes, you have to wait one day, but it does NOT break the game. So, while it's less convenient I wouldn't say it's a bug.

Can the mod lock the heroine into not wearing clothes all the time?

With the Mod installed. Pressing "O" key will hide the clothes for all Characters.
It should work until an event/day is complete. (It is by game design)

Not sure about this (just did minor test), but I think the 'New outfit' for Alice to stream in has the issue as the 'Camera and Stepladder'. Just remember to wait for them to arrive (or wait for the updated Mod) and there is no problem.

It has the option to ADD money. There are 3 options (-100, +100, and +500) that you can use. It isn't infinite by default, but you can get more than enough to buy anything you need with a couple clicks. To use it just open the laptop in Max's room, then click on the Mod icon and choose the amount to add. Not sure why there is the option to remove money, but it is there.
