I'd say that other than the coloured animations (with and without filtering) everything else is "chaff". Like, I don't see the point of the beta and alpha versions of the animations or the videos.

Why does this artist suddenly hate color? Their art didn't used to lack this much saturation. Is this some kind of art style I'm not understanding? I was browsing through their kemono page and its like looking at their images through a thin smokescreen.

Possibly a change in art style, trying out new techniques, etc. Perhaps the majority of recent feedback is positive? Who knows why.
