I always save a lot of various frames and interesting dialogues, that i not only like, but can give me inspiration for my arts - but every time i replay from the beginning, struggling along the way to save the same frames... in general, the mood to play has completely been knocked off!

The 3 choices at the start determine which path you are on. Its pretty clear which one to pick if you want them all for yourself.

Actually, if you go back to a save from around 2 episodes back, it will load properly. Though it will have all the text marked as 'unread' for skipping purposes, so you may have to turn on 'skip unread' to quickly get back to the new content.

Kinda hard to search for something that's not here before you posted it.
I'm confused, is it only the Max ending added? as nothing continues after Sue sucks off randall. It's the ending from last time.
No there is new content and it should end from last time.
My guess is youre using the walkthrough mod?

I had to go back to the scene helping Megan move to find a save that would load, and then still hit an exception during the garden scene:
So in order to be sure to have a functioning save, it's probably necessary to load a save from back before the garden party. And that's not guaranteed to work either: Best start a new game if you can be arsed.
There's more content after that: Photo shoot with Megan, setting up Scarlett's OF, scene in the garden culminating in another blowjob from Sue. Maybe you're using a modded save?
The "Bimbo Toy" option increments the MC's dominance without incrementing the no sharing variable (unlike the bottom option which increments both and the top one doing neither), so will steer you towards the MC willingly having Sue (and other women) have sex with others. If that's what you're after, there's something in the update, yes.
following the Sue/MC path nets you the least content by far, cmon now. if youre into the weird uncle shit youre eating good, even the random friend is getting more than the MC this update
The Dev literally made a change to one of the earliest scenes, which sets up the whole game (the one where you decide which path to follow). This is likely the cause of many of the exceptions that occur later on, even if no changes have been made to those scenes. Because of this, you really should go back and start again, otherwise it will inevitably cause more and more exceptions as the game progresses.
