Hmmm do I give you a "fish" or do I try to teach you how to go "fishing"? On the top right of the site page there is a search box, type in there "compressed (current or the version you are searching)" in this case if you want the latest version try to type "compressed v0.5.1" and I'm sure you will find what you need . Keep the rest of the search box like it is by default, searching in this thread and not checking the other 2 boxes.

Also, StephanieD9, if you haven't already done so, go into your preferences (or possibly in the "advanced search" area) and make the search results default to "most recent" otherwise you'll get a bullshit list that the algorithm thinks is the best match, though it's usually just garbage.

Yep, thanks DaFinker, forgot that little important detail. But I did the search myself and there is only 5 hits (probably 6 now with my post hahaha) so they will find it easy if they follow exactly what I said, typing compressed v0.5.1 (oops now 7 hits )

14 months since the last update? You literally have to replay this shit every time because you forget what happened. Almost 1,600 patrons and everyone of them just gobbles up this dev's bs. I need to start making AVNs...seems to be an easy market for morons.

This board is just toxic to any dev. As a user/player it's a great place, in most of the threads, but seeing what it did with many devs and how that worked out for the games they create, well,... it doesn't really helps the genre. Sure, there're some devs who're milking and scamming in a really unshamed way and those dudes should be called out. But too many pirates don't have filters. They don't even recognize the good ones and just throw shit like apes in the zoo to anyone.

The quality of site participants is probably getting diluted as well - I know when I call out absolute jerks, I get disciplined but the jerks don't. I've often thought some of those accounts are alternates for those watching the hen house deliberately stirring the shit.

Wouldn't surprise me one bit. I've seen moderators explicitly protecting and inciting absolutely horrendous behavior because as they said, they don't think it's a problem because they have the same kink. Those were at least in plain view... so it wouldn't surprise me that they would do it with alt accounts...

Sometimes it feels that the foxes are the ones with the keys to the hen house. There's also many instances of them trolling with Tags to please their coortes, or have a laugh or just plainly ruin a game and a dev. So, yeah, none of that is a surprise.

I think we're both right. A lot of devs actually quit because they have thin skin and can't take the heat. I feel bad for them. Some are exactly as you say though, so, once again, we're both right.
