Is the game progress reaching 80% now?
I don't think so. Haylen and Lily, although they have made great progress in their corruption, are still far behind when compared to Cyanna and Rose.

I dare say that we may be at 60% of the game completed, at first I thought that this game was going to have between 20-24 updates, but I think it will require a little more, maybe between 28-32 updates assuming that Haylen and Lily's side quests are not as deep and long as the main story quests.

The is a full version or not someone tell me ?.
No, the game is not complete yet, but it does have a lot of content available if you want to play it.

Thanks! Pretty sure they've had worse on there^^
I have no idea lol, I haven't seen the full Steam adult games catalog, I know they have some pretty strong games there, but I don't think they have a game with a NTR as well developed as yours.

I have a friend who like me really enjoys NTR and the poor guy is really having a hard time with the Rose quest lol, he told me that if he were a millionaire he would pay you whatever you wanted, but that you should do a Rose route where you can avoid the NTR lol

I wouldn't think that way, even though many will say that the content is strong, in my opinion the content and the endings in HC are much more digestible than the content and endings of NTRPG series XD, I'm serious in my opinion it's incredible how the creator has made the game in such a way that it is much less heavy, I say taking into account that in one of the endings of one of the NTRPG series games the protagonist is killed by one of the antagonist's female guards who blamed the protagonist for the antagonist raping her without MC having done a fucking thing to her, and well, in the other endings we already know that they were equal or heavier than that one XD

How to unlock all scene?
Playing and watching the scenes during the story.

But if you don't want to play and you are just interested in the scenes, the game always comes with a saves folder, copy and paste the save 100 and there you have the whole gallery unlocked.

Planned Content: All of the base game + about 65 to 70% of the extra scenes, especially those which involve main characters
I wishlisted but i still hope there gonna be an optional paid DLC on steam to get 100% of extra scenes. Otherwise I am gonna buy it only after i get my hands on 20$ version with all scenes, and not to play it but just to support.

yea ik
DLSite is currently completely blocked or disabled for multiple countries that I used to VPN to to access it. Its becoming less and less countries outside of Japan that can even access it. Sometimes you cant even access some specific games through Japan VPN, you have to change the location to another regional server within Japan to even see it.

Proof of Life #262: Big upcoming changes for HC3 (wall of text, but please read if you can)(Public)
New

Heya guys and gals, how are you doing in this fine morning/evening/afternoon? I’m here to drop the latest proper PoL since the last update released. There’s quite a lot to unpack, so let’s get to it.

About Update 19’s development

First of all, I didn’t get to work much on the new Lily-focused update last week. I mean, I did a little bit, as I’ve got most of it planned out, and am now developing the first scene, but a lot got in the way. I know I said I wanted to reduce the time between update by making shorter ones, but fate had other plans it would seem.

Big(?) changes coming after Update 19 (at least for me)

So, first of all, some might already be aware that I struggled right before the end of the release of Update 18 because of one major issue: RPGMaker MV (the engine I’m working on) can only handle 999 maps per project, and I got to that point. I found a work around by deleting a few maps meant only for testing, but that was just a temporary solution while I worked on a long-term fix.

Turns out, there isn’t one. At least not one which would work with the amount of map customization my game has. I would know, I spent several days last week scouring forums and looking for one. That’s why I came up with one relatively drastic solution: start a second project that would be titled HC3: part two.

(You can see in the screenshot what a “project” is, with all the maps and everything on the bottom left. I would start another one and keep a bunch of maps and deleting the rest, but more on that below)

What does it entail for you, the player? Well, not much. You’ll just have to click on the .exe to launch part 2 like you did for every update until now. Part.2 will assume you finished all the content in part.1 (main quests, side quests, Triple Trident opponents), and starting a new game would take you right at the beginning of the new content. For example, update 18 ended as Main Quest 26 ended. That means clicking "New Game" on part.2 would have you start in the city at the very beginning of Main Quest 29 (the next one after 26). Not that much different from what most people do anyway. Same for the side-quests. Part.1 (the current one) will contain Lily’s 7th quest (currently in development), but Haylen’s 7th quest will probably start in part.2.

However, you wont be able to load earlier saves since, well, the content in part.1 won’t be in part.2. That’s so I can delete a bunch of maps that were used in part.1 without breaking the game and work towards the 999 maps limit once again. As such, it is highly recommended you finish all the content you’re interested in part.1 before starting part.2, otherwise it’ll just assume you’ve finished it anyway and skip over it.

What will be in part.1: the main storyline until MQ26, Lily’s storyline until her 7th quest (included), probably Haylen’s storyline until her 6th quest (also included).

What will be in part.2: the rest of the game until the endings. You will be able to rewatch all the scenes in the reminiscence room (all pre-unlocked), all the freeroam + mini-stories that were visible at the end of the last update of part.1 (which will probably be Update 19).

What are the drawbacks from this?

For you? Not that many. For example, if you want to start Lily or Haylen’s storylines later on, you can just open up part.1, load your latest save and do them, then start part.2 once you’ve done all their contents for part.1. It’s a bit more of a hassle, but merely means a few extra clicks.

Same for the Triple Trident: part.2 will simply assume you’ve beaten every opponent so far, but if you haven’t just load part.1 and do it, then start part.2.

As said above, you’ll still be able to rewatch every scene from part.1 in the reminiscence room of part.2, so that’s not an issue.

However, the saves from part.1 won’t be usable in part.2. you’ll still be able to load some of them, but it’ll just get you stuck, so no use trying. Not much of an issue though, because why would you want to use the saves from part.1 in part.2?

Now, there’s one “major” issue: the dialogue choices you’ve taken so far, how do they get tracked from part.1 to part.2? Unfortunately, after spending another part of last week scrambling for a solution, I only found one that didn’t involve you having to look for weird files in weird places to transfer to part.2. It’s pretty underwhelming, but here goes:

At the end of MQ26 (the beach storyline), an orb will pop up in the reminiscence room. Interacting with it will bring up all the story choices you’ve made so far (how many NTR ending-related ones, Happy ending, Revenge ending), and you will then be prompted to enter those values again at the start of part.2 so you can start with the same numbers you had at the end of part.1.

I know, it’s pretty immersion-breaking, and I’m sorry about it. If I could find a better solution, I definitely would.

What changes for me (if you’re interested)?

Well, a bit more work with disclaimers and such, but that’s the easy part.

In part.2, to bring the total of maps down, I will have to delete a lot of them. That means every single one of them save for the main map/main map-related one, the reminiscence room, and the ones needed to view the scenes in the reminiscence room.

I will also have to skim through a lot of stuff to make sure nothing’s broken and things on the remaining maps of part.2 are working the same as they did at the end of part.1.

I think it should take about 2-3 days of full work, so not that long.

On a positive note, it should make development easier for me, as it was getting more and more complicated to work on it due to the sheer amount of bloat due to the project’s huge size.

When will part.2 happen?

At least not for another update or so. The current update won’t see any changes since I’ve still got a bunch of maps to work with, and Lily’s new quest won’t need many new ones. Maybe for Update 20(Haylen’s 7th quest), depending on its contents and the amount of maps I’ve still got left before I run out.

About the Steam version

Slight change of topic just to tell you that the Store page should be released very soon, I’m just working on a demo version (until the end of MQ9 and everything before) to release along it.

However, the game won’t be up for sale until the end of June of this year, even if the store page is up a lot earlier. The reason is that a game’s successful launch is highly dependent on the amount of wishlists before it releases, so I need to let it gather wishlists first for a few months before I put the game up for sale. That’s the advice I received from a lot of other devs who went the Steam route before me. Sorry I wasn’t more clear about it before.

To conclude

Sorry for the wall of text, but the situation called for it, and I want everyone to be up to date with the future of this game. Don’t hesitate to ask me should you have any questions!

Thank you for reading, and have a wonderful week!

N_Taii
one piece of advice I have, if you want to make the "pick your choices" a bit more immersive, maybe you can get some inspiration for how Mass Effect 2 or The Witcher 3 handled it. They had an interrogation at the beginning of the game, woven into the story that recounts events that happened in the past. And you as the player can pick what choices you made. Obviously if those choices included private details Leto would not want anybody to know what we need to make clear is that while Leto is thinking about that specific choice he would tell the outside person something else, so they can then reply with "ah, so what happened was [insert official event that the public or main characters all know about more or less]" to make that clear. But yea, that seems like a cool solution to me. Build in a piece where Leto gets interrogated or catches up with someone else in the story or recounts events to someone or himself because he needs to figure something out. And then we should have a neat way to pick the choices we made.

Why not just combine the smaller maps into one map? Especially free roam map, you can just make them into one big map. I could also see many of those rooms combined into one (tho you prob need scripts for anything above 256x256). I've played few of these RPGs and size is definitely not the issue. Probably you hardcode the events with different map each? Anyway it is entirely possible to not use all 999 map.

Tho you need to change the tp point for that and probably tedious (welp thats what they call Tech Debt)

Leto wasted more chances than Noah
Well if we take into account that the only one who tried to seduce Noa was Vaeri, and that Leto has already been hit on by Cyanna, Lyly, Alys, and a little Haylen then yes, but we must take into account that Noa did not have any established romantic relationship with anyone, instead Leto is in a relationship, and well he grew up in an environment where he learned that these types of relationships are respected, so taking these facts into account making a comparison of Noa and Leto for who has had more chances would be unnecessary, now if Leto were not in a relationship with anyone then we should join together to kill the idiot for all the opportunities he has had XD

You have no idea how challenging this was! I spent the entire morning struggling to add this game to my Steam wishlist. Turns out it’s completely blocked in my country (my government censors all "adults-only" content). I tried every method imaginable just to access the store page, but still couldn’t claim the demo. Eventually, I had to create a new Gmail account and register a Steam account under a different region. Mission accomplished at last - who knew supporting legitimate games could be this hardcore?

P.S. Your game is actually quite popular among NTR enthusiasts in my country. Some fans have even voluntarily created high-quality translations and shared them freely. I hope you can understand this situation - honestly, English NTR games aren’t appealing here. People strongly prefer Japanese games. Without translations, most wouldn’t even bother learning about your work, let alone jump through hoops to support it officially. These unpaid translators are truly remarkable. Their passion helps more people discover your creation and eventually find ways to support you, just like I did.

Lastly, your game’s narrative is genuinely outstanding. The storyline development is so compelling that I’ve found myself invested in the characters’ journeys beyond the adult content. I’m genuinely eager to see what happens next to the protagonists!
China, I would assume? Does a VPN not work? Because I've gotten several wishlists from Hong Kong and Taiwan and I'm sure not all of them were from the citizens of those places.

I also really appreciate the work translators do. Last I checked a few months ago, the game was several hundred thousand words of text, so translating that, even with the help of an AI, must be tremendous, so kudos to them. I'm glad to hear my game is relatively popular in the Asian market. I always thought that pixel art + "anime" artstyle would work better in North-East Asia. I've been thinking about making a smaller game after HC3, maybe 3-4 hours long, and selling it as a SFW game + a NSFW patch on Steam so it's easier for the Chinese market to buy it. And also have it professionally translated as well, but that's all in the future^^

Glad to hear you like the story! I hope you'll like how it unfolds until the endings ; )

Hmmm, it could be interesting, but I have a feeling most people would rather just get to the new content quickly without having to go through some kind of interview. Besides, I have no idea how I would make something believable enough that would have Leto recount each single choice he's made throughout the 1st part of the game at the beginning of part 2.^^

Too much work, and too many risks of it causing a ton of bugs by having one map containing several smaller ones, all with their very own events and triggers that could end up clashing with each other. Also, I'm not sure what the freeroam maps are, since they're just the regular maps. I don't have singular maps just for the freeroams : )

Yeah, Leto being loyal is a huge part of the NTR. It would severely undermine the impact of it if he just cheated on Rose every chance he got^^

It would be cool but please leave a save with a path completely made in only one type of choices (green, red and blue) because all the choices I made were the ntr ones so if that were possible it would be amazing, thank you.

Sad but it makes sense, I didn't count how many choices I made for each color so that I would have a surprise at the end, but it looks like I won't have the chance, though I'm curious.

Do the other versions of RPGM also have the same map limit? Do you think you'll have the same problem in the future with other games?
