Overview:
My Girlfriend Mizuki you take control of Hiro who is in love with his Girlfriend Mizuki.
He has this crush since the third grade and he is constantly thinking about her.
They currently go to the same university called hope university.

The game features a day system where you select what you want to do each part of the day.

Saving is after the prologue when the game opens up and you can choose what you can do for the day. The dreams having no nudity is intentional as he hasn't seen her naked yet. There is plenty of nudity later

The exhibitionist route at night is what you looking for (initially starts of as boring sex with mizuki but then eventually upgrades and she is cumming hard to him). After you finish the route, it also unlocks a bunch of sex scenes for other parts of the day between the main character and Mizuki. It also upgrades the ending.
