The walkthrough says to trigger the gym scenes you have to visit each instructor five times. I did that, but I've yet get the scene to trigger. Instead whenever I talk to the Yoga instructor, Ayame keeps saying she's new despite having gone there five times already. Has anyone else encountered this?

I got something like that. I had already gotten the first YOGA gym scene and was trying to get the second, to no avail. I was only able to get the second yoga after getting the first swimming scene. They're connected for some reason.
That or your Ayame isn't low moral enough?

Is there supposed to dialogue between Ayame and the Swim coach, because while I've gotten the first scene with the Yoga couch I can't seem to get the one with the swim coach to trigger. Even when I speak to him, there's no dialogue between to the two, it just switches to Ayame swimming and then goes straight to the night phase.

I talked to yoga guy 5 times slept with him then swim guy 5 times had sex, next time it flowed into the threesome.

This, Succulence, and Melty's Quest are my favorite RPGM games, any recommendations for similar games (RPGM)?

Hard to say. Succulence, Melty's Quest and this are very different games. They're all good, just not similar.
