Maybe because you played the demo version. The full version comes from DLSite which has to be censored.
On a related note, the Steam version now has a release date of 9/18. Also it is called DX edition. I am guessing it is called DX edition because it will include the DLCs.

though steam is releasing on sept 19th theres no news about dlc being released with it... so nothing's confirmed about the dlc yet
Actually, there's a mention of DLC in the Steam store description.

The Censor DX Edition DLC delayed and will be released as free update
The Censor DX Edition will be launched on Steam on September 19th!
In addition to comprehensive improvements to gameplay, text, and UI, the DX Edition will also include DLC content. This features a new romanceable character, the TV anchor "Yuriko Suzuki," as well as a new storyline, new scenes, and several interactive NPCs.
However, the voice acting for the DLC is still in production. To provide the best experience, we need more time to complete this work. In response to the anticipation from our players, we have decided to release the main game as scheduled. The DLC will be released later as a free update, which we expect to complete in October.

TV station DLC was never again mentioned after that one cien post
now it's coming in october...
I don't think the DLC mentioned in the introduction is the one that has been released, after all, it does mention the female anchor.
Initially, people noticed that the introduction mentioned that the anchorwoman DLC was included. Later, an additional announcement was released to clarify that the anchorwoman DLC was included in the DX version, but the anchorwoman content would not be added until October.
As for DLsite's mention of a female streamer DLC for August... forget it.
After all, the announcement stated the voice acting wasn't finished yet, and their studio's delays haven't been a single day or two. At least there are staff on Discord who occasionally confirm they're catching up.

nah you have to pay every 5 days....but its easy to earn money if you sit for like 5-7 in game days.
if not just use cheaats to get money

you'll miss out on a whole main heroine and 9 different npc scenes.....why'd you wanna be homeless when you can pay 200 bucks every 5 days for unlimited (technically 20 times) sex per paybeing homeless isnt option?
