Yea, you have to do a balancing act if you don't wanna be NTR'd by either of the other men in the game. Keeping affection higher than Elk and not separating from the woman you take with you into the modern-day world with Renji.
But if you wanna be NTR'd, then just do the opposite of those when you enter into a relationship

I like how this MC has this preconceived notion about these two women whenever they interact with other men, he may be right about Renji because he is a fuckboy but Elk? he is just a good guy trying to help and also fulfilling his male desires, that's why he goes for the women he's closest with.
That said whenever these two women interact with Elk he MC just " NO WAY THEY'RE FLIRTING WITH ANOTHER MAN?!" my boy the dude's an actual chad and you right there just peeping like a creep, what's worse is that the MC never really confess

Just a heads up, if you allow heroines' affections towards the guy to grow too high too early. You'll get a bad end, and you won't be able to access the rest of the game.
