Why would he hire more people? He´s making at least 15-20k a month doing basically no work at all, just posting a couple of picutres every week. If I had that blind following I´d milk them as well.
So instead of whining on forum go download Blender / Daz or any other free (as in free beer) software and start working on animations. Then get back to us and write how fast You did make progress.

You can also earn that 15-20K/mo USD, go for it.

Don't get me wrong but from where You did get impression that releasing 1 animation (30 min around) / year is slow then?

I did some animation work and it's not easy, well it's hard actually and time consuming and I did failed at it due to time constraints (I have job, although I didn't given up yet :) ). And this is using Daz where everything (model, textures, morphs etc.) is already made, so I'm talking here only about animation.

I'm not attacking You personally and I did reply to Your post because it's yet another time that I see (on this and other forums) that people simple get jealous whenever artist make their income publicly available. This income is not high for 3d artists (something in the upper low / middle for pro). If You want to have high paying job get into 3d or programming.

If You think that this is slow then go and check Affet3d (Miro?) or Sumthindifrnt / Rikolo / RedAgnertGirl (?) / PuppetMaster any artist really, and see how often they do produce new content (and it's lenght and quality).

I can't say much if he is focusing all his time on this animations or have regular job but if he indeed focuses all his time on animation then he need to support himself so subtract from that income:

- annual 3dSMax license (yes they moved to subscription model so You pay each year)
- living expenses
- utilities
- PC upgrade or cost of rendering farms, dunno how his rendering pipeline looks like but i.e. Miro (Affect3D) uses "rendering farms" with 40 GPUs plus 2 for work PC, this all costs and You want to use top of the line hw for this task otherwise it will be painfully slow (see Affect3D web page he posted full spec)
- and savings, no one is working for free, everyone wants nice flat / house, car etc.

Also, and this is something that I don't understand, no one is forcing You or anyone else to that matter to become supporter / patron. These people know exactly what they are getting themselves into and probably don't regret it.

And most importantly You will still get that animation free (as in free beer) so IMO You do complain here so maybe some backers will be influenced by Your posts, get angry and force creator to release animation faster so You can download it for free and f@p to heart content.

I don't really care about criticizing Animo because he actually releases his videos for free after some days and they are usually top-notch, but saying that he doesn't squeeze some patreon bucks by delaying a bit is ridiculous, even his patrons know that.
Also, there's not many 3d artists that earn what animo does.

studio FOW! they release at least 5 vids each year! and my point is he should hire more people to release faster and gain even more money and then again hire more... just like FOW. (also you had 21 grammatical mistakes!!!)

Let's face it, FOW has inferior quality to what the subj does. They win on plot (since they have a director), dubbing, PR etc.
But the technical side lacked tremendously.

As for now, treat this guy as a monopoly since FOW are gone from the picture. I believe that makes him set his own rules further.

So the question there was whether you wanna learn the craft to create some competition to the guy. As i've heard quite polarising opinions on the pace of his job. Some say he is extremely lenient, the others that it's difficult to work alone to produce things like that hence the stretch of time is fine.

Something tells me it's not a 8/5 job for the guy. More like 4 hours a day tops. Coz the previews are delivered quite fast but there's always a hiccup on editing at the end lasting for 4 - 5 weeks. It's just unbelievable.

StudioFOW is also a animation company like Affect3D. There is no way to compare......Animo Pron once said a while ago that this isn't a fulltime job for him, more of a hobby. He's making extra money on side of what he does then GREAT but why cut that down by hiring more people to do a hobby?

I didn't know this is just a "hobby" for him. that answers ALL our questions. But he is wasting a lot of potentials!

@zexer2015
Give ma a break, I'm not native English speaker.

As said before comparing FOW (SFM ?) to artists that I mentioned (with exception to Rikolo who recently AFAIKT switched to Blender) is not adequate. SFM has already build in physics so animation for portion of model is not needed (breasts, butts). Fluid "simulation" in SFM is non existent.

Affect, IIRC, was build around artist Miro, they do have shop and to have some products, unlike MS, they need to "team up" with other artists, that's why Affect3D.

If Animo does it as side project / part time then indeed that explains delays. But as I stated before IMO this doesn't affect patreons as they support creator and not actual product.

Different subject.
I wonder how he "bypass" this bestiality ban. Correct me if I'm wrong but I was under impression that best. is illegal. Also aI don't know if being on Patreon site require paying taxes so his income is reducted by % that Patreon takes plus taxes.

He didn't bypass any ban. Patreon of his was suspended and later deleted when mgmt started a bloodbath against controversial NSFW content.
Concerning transaction tax: it wasn't that big back in the day so the curtain price observable on his landing page was actually net income per month. That is dependable whether he lists this income as taxable or has some form of offshore accounts.

All is known he had some ties to the russians, probably russian himself.

As of now he's on a different platform.
