Could I get a breakdown on what exactly happened with this game? I know it used to be called Towergirls Conquest or something and then got reworked. Was anything removed in the switch to this version? What exactly happened? I'm not interested in the drama but in the differences between this and the last version of Towergirls Conquest when it was called that.
the tl;dr is that there was some legal issues with the towergirls IP and we had like a year of semi silence for two lawsuits which forced the game to be rebranded to princess & conquest but otherwise remained the same with new designs for the characters. Overall not much changed except designs and the removal of the towergirls specific character designs and most of the CG as they're slowly replaced with animated scenes.
Jump to earlier in the month and suddenly the game comes back out into development (developed in the dark with the lawsuit) and we're hit with rapid fire bug fixes and new content to make up for all the time lost to being not allowed to publish.

so im doing the undergarment thief quest and merchant princess says that the thief was a hooded man that doesnt speak much( which is the guy in the skelatons sewers which i think is under the skelaton princess) problem is that in my game skelaton princess was defeated and is probably in the goblin's slave auction... how do i complete the quest?
To clarify a bit, the whole debacle basically came down to how iffy the copyright/trademark was of Towergirls in the first place.
Basically the origins of the series, if I understand right, was a 4-chan "hypothetical" board/discussion that described various princesses and their stats/items, and part of the appeal was that 'anyone' could be a princess (hence why we have stuff like Dragon princess, where instead of the princess being kidnapped by the dragon, it is the dragon). The whole thing was fun and played with tropes and whatever, all good, and Towerfag saw potential to make a game as he saw them.
So far nothing bad, but the original Towergirls were surprisingly not porn, it was a cute idea created by someone and added onto by others and Towerfag came up with the idea to make a porn game based off this cute idea... which became a problem when the original creator of Towergirls found out/wanted to make their own 'clean' Towergirls game. So you have the original maker of a concept/series wanting to make a legit good/non-porn game of something they started, only to find out that a competetor is not only making something with the same name as your creation but also lewding it and asking for money.
It's kinda like the reason why there's no true SCP game for sale: as soon as you claim ownership of a concept that's been added onto/started by someone a long time ago, there is an inherent risk of the creator of said content to say that you're taking their intellectual property.
So less "damn people are greedy" and more "I came up with this clean wholesome idea and now you've gone and made porn of it where you steal panties/buy princesses off the slave market, could you... not?", hence the rebranding and redesigns. As far as I can tell it's still the same game, but now we have Ricky Rat instead of Mickey Mouse.

Once you upload something to the internet it does not belong to you anymore. And more if it's a simple idea. There are several games inspired in series, anime or other games. I've never seen the authors claim anything. If the tower girl you mentioned would have been created, nobody would play it or donate anything. People donate for adult content.

Looks like Script ISPDS Core uses it but it should just default to another one if you don't have it. Eh, MGQ Paradox uses it so I'll just swipe it from that

FullscreenRatio was 1 for me instead of 0. It works now but in the end it's the same as i had with the prog but instead of my own desktop i see black bars to the left and right now but thank you anyway.^^

Now game starts but starting new game says..can't find audio/se/decision3 file!
Try installing RPG Maker VX Ace RTP, that's a generic starter audio set and I'm going to assume you are going to get a lot more of those without it

So I tried putting your attachement in the game folder for v0.16.7 and it still doesnt work after entering and exiting harvest princess's reign ... the malt still doesnt shine and allow me to pick it up. Also I found a bug that when going to the mountains directly west of the desert reign your character will automatically walk a certain path and will have his sprite disappear... afterwards you can still walk around but there is no sprite even if using the sprite reloader in your inventory
Mind uploading your save?
Also did you restart the game after doing that?

Edit:I tried redoing the bug where i lose my sprite on the world map and it didnt occur in other saves
