the implied question is: why i'm about to impregnate(or creampieing) either Rachel or Belle but the new walkthrough doesn't mention anything about it?

I played without the walkthrough, and I decided to creampie Bella because Rachel has had the most sex scenes with MC so she's received the most creampies, so it was better to creampie Bella to increases her chances of pregnancy, haha, but of course I don't know if it works that way in the game

I do hear you, but with the big reveal of all the relationships coming close, any one of them revealing they're pregnant would have lead to others choosing to get pregnant as a way to almost "one-up" the others or somehow prove their relationship is a serious, and it not being out of love, etc.

It could have been interesting but would have been complex, maybe introducing too much drama so close to the drama of the relationship reveal.

I think this way is better. But, just my opinion.

That's my concern too, i really love the game (proud patreon), i think it is one of the best out there atm and probably period when it'll be complete.
But, if don't play the "gotta catch'em all" some path of the game seem broken or rather the conducting thread is broken.
I did several save with different path like you..because i really like the game and well..same conclusion.

Would anyone who plays this game on Android like to test something for me?

I threw a quick little app together designed to convert the Android version from the Standard Edition (no incest) to the Taboo Edition (full incest).

You must be registered to see the links

This is a standalone app, and it should work regardless of whether you already have the game installed or not.

All you have to do is download the app and run it. As soon as you see the main menu, you can quit, uninstall my app, and reload the game.

You won't need to keep my app installed, although I'd check to see if the game recognizes itself as the Taboo Edition before uninstalling my app.
