Did you put it inside any folder? Or keep it on a .zip/.rar?
Try to open without any other mods too
that was an a ea bug with that particular version. ea fixed it with version 1.51.77.1020
Thank u guys I didn't even know there was an update of S4.

In addition to "Patreon compliance", going from WW 142.1 to 143(.4) adds an insane amount of lag to my game. No thank you.

If I didn't care about performance, I'd still be playing TS3.
I wonder whether the lag is caused by WW computing attractiveness values between all possible pairs of sims, and whether that means that once it's done that, it will go back to working OK. I also play with Zerbu's Go to School mod (which is pretty laggy), and right now there are times where it takes several seconds for the game to respond. FWIW, I have a pretty high-end machine (Core i7-5820K, Titan X Pascal, 64GB of RAM and a Samsung 960 PRO NVMe SDD), so I don't even want to think of what it's like for people playing on a laptop!

I have no issues with lag.
My specs : 16yo machine - Intel core2Duo 1.8GHz - 2GB RAM (32bit windows 7) AMD Radeon HD6450 - Game is not on SSD but system drive is SSD. (everything is overclocked to extreme) but still is a dinosaur of a pc.
WW settings : autonomy extreme
Zone max sim 350 (house party usually invite all the sims in the world) modified event and rolestates (so sims can do whatever they want) no inappropriateness flags.
I don't use Nisa Wicked perversions or basemental drugs.
Game is always in debug mode.

Are you using the latest WW (143.4)? I didn't have any noticeable lag (other than with Zerbu's Go to School) until I updated WW last night...

That WW update really didn’t add a damn thing for those who are wondering or can’t see the difference.

It just added a trait and new settings but they don’t actually do nothin as far as I can tell
The best thing he could do is to add a arousal system, will change the mod completely, but he don't care
Just look at skyrim and sims 3, they looks more alive and a lot less than just animations

Hi guys. You saw that turbo enabled the option of incest and others. Well, today I read that an investigation on this topic was opened. Do you know something?

Yeah I tested 143.4 a few hours ago, and everything was ok.
One thing I can think of is if you delete the WickedWhims folder under saves and then, ingame, reload the setting "previously saved".
Sometimes things get borked on the save system.
Note that I don't use much more than WW Command Center and a few other (my mods)
I have installed Turbos' so it may be helping keeping things tidy .

Won't removing the WickedWhims save folder remove things like the body part customizations?

I use quite a few mods -WW, WP, Basemental, MCCC, Meaningful Stories, SoL, Private Practice and a whole bunch of small ones from LittleMsSam- which I'm sure doesn't help (but the game would be kinda boring without them). I'll give the Unclogger a try to see if it makes any difference. Thanks!

Wow! I had tried several simulation lag fixes before (including one earlier today) but they didn't do much. Turbo's Simulation Unclogger seems to be doing the trick though! Thanks!!!

Hum... kinda weird, but I'm getting faceless sims now, just teeth and hair. Anyone seen this and know what causes it?
