You'll need to advance Arina's story until she calls you to bail her out of jail. Choose to tell her mom, next day go to the office.Did anyone unlock the new Melissa scenes? How?
You can by clicking any of the download links and just selecting the QSP file which is listed seperate to the other large files.

Couldn't find a fixed english v28 QSP (Telephone Error) so had a go at fixing the early english version posted by Pieter yesterday. Phone now works and pics of NPC's also showing - initially no images due to name mis-matches.
V28 has Rada with a new name of Happy, which wasn't so happy as it broke the links to the cheats for her, so sorted that as well. This QSP is a temporary pending the CE translated version.

There are two competing cheat systems in this QSP with the main issue being character names - they are not consistent throughout the file. (Rada/Happy, Light/Sveta etc) Mom for example has two names within the scripts - Eugene and Eugenie which basically means you can't always get access to cheats depending on which system you choose.
Really not worth sorting this out while a proper translation is in the works. This initial QSP can still be used and cheats still used if you stick with the cheats under the 'Flags' tag/link as that is the underlying core code in this QSP.

I think this is the Russian cheat-- take the QSP file and skins folder and drop it into the "standalone_content" folder.

Have fixed the fixed QSP posted above -- now the Oksana cheats (plus I think it was either Arina or Alena) are fixed!
One variable was not translated in the QSP but cheat menu expected a translated one -- reverted all to untranslated as this is the leading vartiable in this QSP -> "Отношение_к_ГГ" vs "attitude_to_gg" (in Xorgroth's one it will be all different).
UPDATE --- this machine translation has f...ed up parts of the game, I recommend to wait for a proper translation/integration of cheats by Xorgroth in his translation project.
