I got flaunt, and successfully flaunt 30 or so and a blank message popped up after the battle. Is that flash? I tried doing bar job but whenever the prisoner asks Karryn to show her body, she refused.

Vaginal or anal only happens to certain enemy, same goes for footjob, rimjob. Only handjob, blowjob, and titjob are universal

Well that depends actually. If we are talking about enemy types that can start a Sex position then:

Prison Guards: Handjob, Titjob and Rimjob
Prisoners: None
Goblins: Licking Pussy
Thugs: Vaginal Sex
Nerds: Footjob
Ninjas: Rimjob
Slime: all 3 holes at the same time

Now once the MC is locked into Sex Position, all other enemy Types can join in. Slime cannot.

Handjob: Another one can join in to the other hand for 2 handjobs at the same time
Licking Pussy: Goblin that is licking can switch to fucking Pussy, others can join in for Titjob und Blowjob
Vaginal Sex: Others can join in for Titjob, Blowjob and Handjob
Footjob: Other can join in for Handjob (Blowjob as well, confirmed by sotiryo thx)
Rimjob: Others can join for Vaginal and Anal Sex
Slime: Others can join, as long as not all 3 holes are already used by the slime
Titjob: Others can join in for Anal, Blowjob, Handjob (thx test777 totally forgot that one, as for vaginal, also never saw that one)

Now I am missing maybe something, because it is just from what I have seen so far but generally that is all that is right now in the game, when we are talking about enemy starting something in Battles.

Also as sotiryo mentioned, a standing Vaginal Sex Position can be also done. But for it to work, you need to face a Thug, that is horny (red face), while you are naked, unarmed and wet + have high cock and Pussy desire and attack him. And then hope you don't kill him with the kick and he possibly starts the position.

Just gonna confirm on the Footjob position that blowjob is possible.
Also there is standing sex that can be done through an interation with the kick cock skill but seeing as you have to edit the game files for it at the moment not sure if you wanted to wanted to put that up there or not.

For the author: If Karryn is sucking cock, and then you have her use the suck cock sex move, if one person who was the original target finishes, why doesn't she then act on the next target that replaces the original target in the same turn (at least that's what I've witnessed in the back of the bar)? That's how it works for attacks afaik, so it should work the same for sex moves.

Basically this results in the sucking cock action getting lost because other actions will interrupt it which means it will only fire in 1 out of 5 attempts.

Not quite. You do not have to be tipsy (or drunk) to reach the flash point. The following passives are reachable:

• PASSIVE_FLAUNT_COUNT_ONE_ID: use the flaunt skill at least 10 times in front of at least 30 dudes (this one is not fully implemented and shows up as an empty line in the "gained passives" screen after battle. The effects still work.
• PASSIVE_SIGHT_PEOPLE_ONE_ID: 10 times dudes jerking while looking and at least 24 charm
• PASSIVE_SIGHT_PEOPLE_TWO_ID: 50 times dudes jerking while looking and at least 32 charm

With all three passives, you get a -70 modifier in the vanilla game. So while sober you start flashing with 75 boob desire. I don't think you can get her horny in the waitress job right now. That requires the PASSIVE_FLAUNT_COUNT_TWO_ID passive, that you can't get yet.
While she's sober, the sex scene cannot start.
If you want her to flash often without sex scene, have her sober (and/or very low cock desire), all three passives ("Piercing Stares", "Sensitive to Being Eyeballed" and nameless one) and at least 75 boob desire.

I release the boob desire, and have those three passives you mentioned... This happens. Then again, I forgot to keep an eye to her cock desire and getting anal in the end of the shift... Not that I'm complaining
