meditation in your room, after leveling that up you have boost with native coffee - so coffee in the kitchen and in the school's canteen
without cheats I managed to get 5 stamina level max

Well, I edited the save file and changed the grade to 10 instead of null. And then go to the principal and task completed.
But the charisma failure is repeating as in the attachment

And the fixed 019a version is still bugging the grades. To move the storyline you have to edit the save file and change null to some other value, preferably the value expected to complete the task.
