I found the the console commands, here's a list of what I found so far:
MC stats: Change X to any amount you need
stamina=x
money=x
strength=x
Date and time: date doesn't seem to work much though and there's only 7 day so be warned
day=x
hour=x
Your point on girl:X is the girl number count from left to right around 0-23. Y is your pont with the girl, it max at 10 but you should set at 8 or 9 or else it would glitch out.
lust_points[x]=y
Jose point with the girl: same as above but add a capital B
lust_pointsB[x]=y
PS: press Shift O to open the console commands panel

I'm not playing on android so I don't know. Have you tried using save editor?

Only replace X and Y with the number you want and just copy the rest. It will not work even if you just type one capital letter wrong so just copy the shit!

I might be jumping the gun with this post 
. (I only tested this out for the first three in game days so far).
I think ive done it guys making the red bars for that douche bag Jose never go up. I will go ahead and upload the scripts if yall don't think the dev will get mad. Last thing I want is the dev changing the scripts up to make it harder for people to mod it in the future.
I will be playing though the game with the edited scripts to see if some random thing still give him "Lust Points" or if it bugs out later on in the game.
Side note. I edited the Anti-cheat scripts not the originals.

It seems the cheat for the str stat doesn't register (Atleast for the sister earring event). No matter how high you (Cheat) make your str it still makes you fail the event. (The event still works since if you raise your str up the normal way you pick up the dresser and finish the event).

I took your advise and made a new thread for the mod Here. linking this thread and giving my respects to TCMS since it was him who really did all the work. All I really did was change a few numbers
