Maybe. I'm going to assume no. The stat caps are raised in very specific ways from what I can tell. Want to raise your strength? gonna have to use a plug and get it up the poop shoot. Want to raise dexterity? Gonna have to bimbo it up.
After playing through a bit more I raised it a bit by going into the boss' office without having anything to talk about (after she tells you not to). Also the first run of hypnosis doesn't trigger bimbo yet so that can be used as well without worry.

I have not bought the high heels or did the contract. Though I am training it with the heels at work when I rest at lunch. Thank you for the idea though was wondering what I would put on if I got the extra money as the requirement.
You can change the font to regular text in the options. Not as far as I know.
I dont have any option. I know its ment to be on the left but there is only. Saves, Restart. I was in the folder it has font. Can i reply that file? If so where can i find them as i don't even know what to google for a font of that file type.
Once you start the game, a menu bar appears at the top of the screen, click 'Options' and uncheck 'Use Pixel Font', the text should become legible once you click 'Return'.
Go into the game folder and change the name of the "font" folder. I just make it "[font]".
