Well, he took advantage of a contract he had. Imho it was silly to give anyone such a contract in the first place, but then again I don't think people expect people to turn "shitty" at such a level as it turned out either.

Holy crap man. I have been following this game for 4-5 years and practically nothing meaningful has changed. The only major thing they did was add in sprite animations, which are nice and made the town lively, but honestly, no one gives a shit.
And every update breaks their own game! Their programmer needs to be fired effective immediately. And their project lead needs to booted off a cliff with extreme prejudice. I have never seen a more incompetent team.

the dev, I forgot his name, and s-purple were friends and because they were a team, they decided to basically own each others expertise with a contract
what the dev didn't expect was to get betrayed by his so called friend and said friend demanding to stop using his art, unwilling to sell said art to the dev, even if he'd pay above what it's worth

H-bomb, but one of the peolple of the art Vanilly said once in one of her streams that h-bomb never care about the project, that someone that he loved dump him or somenting like that (i cannot remember at the moment) and he was missing for a long time, i mean, s-purple is a piece of shit, but h-bomb don't help too....the only people that worked hard in the project was Vanilly and Fleet.
It depends what you can accept, the game is buggy as hell, if you looking for a porn breeding game, well, is not there, the old game was a lot better, this one he is trying to make a dungeon crawler with some porn, but is failing in both categories, it has been almost 1 year without anything usefull...the animations are good, don't get me wrong, but that you can see at rule34, the gameplay is horrible in any possible way, the "breeding" is basic, the "planting" is boring, the dungeon is bad.

The info I got at the time (was following BS patreon at the time) is that H-bomb was confused and indecisive about the game, while the other members started to ressent him. But meanwhile, S-purple disappeared for months( with the game getting updated without art assets), then the shit happened and just days after, S-Purple shows up (mysteriously) with a new project and his own patreon site.

Yes, he have done that, but for what i read and they talked in the stream, it all began when h-bomb have been gone missing, and for what they said, i was because a girl, even s-purple said that in the text that he post in his blog (if that exist yet) but that don't change of what s-purple have made, of course, h-bomb could re-do all the assets of the game, but in the end, he have chosen end the project. Like i said, the only 2 people that worked hard in the game was Vanilly and Fleet. Vanilly was doing all art alone and Fleet all the programing. But in the end, both of them are wrong, h-bomb for not being the leader of the project, and s-purple for taking all the art.

heh, i knew something was wrong on that part where S-purple's patreon site showed up out of nowhere, and there was a like huge reboot on his patreon on 2016, if i remember he deleted some of the old posts mixed of from breeding season that is related.
i guess my old speculation theory was right, definitely in between 2014-2016 patreon site something change there on cloud meadow s-purple's account site and breeding season patreon site already deleted.

oh honey, i can promise you that they're not focused on the fighting because they're not focused on anything. Honestly, when i get interested in a game it takes a lot to make me drop it. but cloud meadow is really starting to get on my nerves.
