You have to buy purse.
Put items into purse, this can be done in bedrooms usually.
Click on the purse icon.

In your room your purse will be on the table, click on that and add what you bought, then the items will be available at the top right purse icon.

That is the line.

Something in the Ryan quest...? Shouldn't show up on start though... have you tried a new game? Or do you load a save game? If so, have you updated the characters like changelog says?

Nope, can't get the error. What QSP do you use? Original or cheatmod? You may try to start the other one, also attached the old 0.7 so you may try that too... else have a look here -> trouble shooting

I'm using v0.7.1 from the header. downloaded from mega

Fixed it inside the code:
Old:

if npc_quest['npc_2','TG'] ! 3 and npc_rel['npc_2'] >= 50: npc_rel['npc_2'] = 45

New:

if npc_rel['npc_2'] >= 50:
    if npc_quest['npc_2','TG'] ! 3:
        npc_rel['npc_2'] = 45
    end
end

Works fine for me.
