the only other time is when Charlotte gets 20000 for her tit job then you go to the surgeon to do it, it takes alot of grinding and weeks for her to get that much money since you can not lend it to her
If you feel lazy and want the story more than the game you can always adjust the variables in the console. It's pretty easy to give yourself more cash.

It seems as though I'm not making anymore progress. Ive skipped through about 3 months for the renovations to finish but nothing has happened yet. The scenes with Charlotte coming over (post surgery) has not made any new changes so I'm unsure what I should be doing now. Any advice would be appreciated!

I response to this issue, the latest patch (0.6.2.4), has an option in Charlotte's journal page to help her pay back the money.

Continue playing the game with other storylines, certain triggers must be met to finish the renovations in order for the story to progress.
Is there actually any way to get Stella to work for you or become an escort? I can't figure out how to get anything besides 'stripper' to trigger.
Also, is there a particular time that Hang shows up in the subway to let you proceed that particular story thread? I've been checking every day for what feels like a long time and they've never shown up.

It would be great, but black bimbos in porn are extremely rare. Actually I can't think of one I like. I love Diamond Jackson, but I'm not sure that she qualifies as bimbo.

As much as I like her, it's quite sad that we have to go back to Vanessa Blue (which illustrates my previous point). Also, if we want to make a main character, it requires a large amount of material (because only a small portion is useable in a game if you want to have the character in different and/or specific situations).

Thanks. Figured out what is going on here with something not triggering. Will be included in next update, but the bug should not have an impact on your playthrough.
Just keep following the story and he will vote for your side anyway. You don't have to do anything to help him.
