Ultimately, I have to give this game a thumbs-up.
I don't think it was necessary to have the sister practically force herself on the guy. It's clear he had feelings that were already hard to resist.
Out of literally ALL the games I've played so far from this amazing site, this is THE game that just about treads the fine line between what is lewd and what is disturbing. And thankfully it just about is good enough to be a pleasant experience.
One thing to bear in mind: this game deals with a real life serious issue - Borderline Personality Disorder. The sister in the story shows clear signs of having this problem, full blown.
It's not a scary thing to have, if you understand it; it's more a tragic thing. The sister genuinely loves her brother and only wants to make him happy and for them to be together. Because of her mental issues, she goes about it in the wrong way. Fortunately, the protagonist, her brother, is kind enough and compassionate enough to overlook her issues and decide to stick with her anyway, no matter what. That's a true happy ending.
This game went in a direction I totally was not expecting, but I praise the writers for how the protagonist dealt with it and how ultimately both characters had a happy ending, albeit in the most unexpected way possible.
