I think any of the 3 options are fine, but you need to change the body and faces to match each height, because if you just change the size it looks weird. Right now, with those faces, the only options that looks fine to me is the 3.

Of course you have every right to tell the story you want, I just hope it's after your done telling the better (imo) ones.
the twins look like midgets. the faces are far too mature/defined to look like they are under 30 yeah they sure don't look like 18 yr olds or other age. the next thing is the muscle definition which yeah it can happen but is rare at best

Good VN made with Shota scenario in mind would have my support monetarly $$, a middle ground wattered down version, that fails to be what it wants in either graphics nor storytelling - is just a waste of time.
So version 1 if you want to make an unique thing about ~15 yo guys and their ~20 yo sister, or just give up and make another generic story that will get forgotten soon.

That's what I think. This game won't be popular within a wide audience because of twin brothers, instead of twin sisters. So, I would leave everything in its place, where the brothers are 12-15 years old. After all, movies like "The Tin Drum", where the actor was 12 and he participated in sexual scenes, and "Malena", where the actor was 15, were quite popular and unique.
And since this was shown on TV, there is nothing criminal in the fact that in the game a 12-year-old boy will fuck his 20+ year-old sister.

Of course if that's what the dev wants to make, that is his perogative. He's already decided he wants to change it. If/when he does we'll need to decide if we like what he's done and play it or walk away.
