All of this. Pretty much every other H-game I've ever played has a very ad hoc kind of feel; like it's someone who has never created a game before, but had this one idea. SS very much comes across as directed by a person who is a game developer 'in real life', who just happens to want to explore a kink and share his discoveries with the world.

The content/scenes won't be removed. She'll just not be mom anymore but someone who rents the room to MC. So things can (and will) be patched.
That's certainly true. I guess some devs are simply really bad at writing conclusive and well though out storyboards (some games feel like they've been made by a 14 year old) while others focus a lot on H content, likely because they lack the "capacity" to introduce story. This next SS update kind of shows how much time/resources it takes to create all those quests/sidestories/dialogues/details and I guess the majority of devs - even the really capable ones - can't really afford to do that and instead focus mainly on the H content to not upset their patreons.

In the end Mrs. Johnson's update was called "Erik and Mrs. Johnson" aswell so it could just be to have a little connection to what will be included.
