Sofia/Alia are pregnant in the current update of ToN so i doubt they will ever make an appearance in TGO. We also have no clue as to if anyone else will get pregnant by the end of the game but it is safe to say Diana, Tasha and Madalyn don't since all of them make an appearance in the trailer but then again we also don't know the timeframe in which TGO actually takes place.

I always had a problem with this part in ToN
With 12 female characters we get over 150 lewd scenes, which is a lot and I like it but at the same time it limits the character development. Characters loose significance.
In ToN, you can replace many of the girls with some random DAZ model, you won't feel much difference
Only few of the 12 have good and memorable parts in the game.
To name a few,
Janet - To lure in the incest fans, very easily replaceable with any other mom character from incest game#112414
Pircia - I think i don't even need to explain this one
Jessica - One of the best looking girls in the game but sadly she has a very typical porn plot going on and can be easily replaced.
This wasn't the case in LE
Amanda is THE best female character NLT has ever created till date imo.
I really hope NLT will give a bit more importance to every character in TGO.

Character development also took a hit from the "plot hornyness" that happened at the end of LE. The Janet romance was especially weak considering what kind of character she was supposed to be, LE did it better for sure. That and the bowlingball sized phalloses in the temple rituals are some of the weaker spots in the game. IMHOI always had a problem with this part in ToN

It was awful
The whole point of incest in these games is that the landlady is usually reluctant in the start, and slowly and steadily their relationship develops. It takes time but it is fun in its own way. (play Mirror Mine if you haven't, very good example of what I'm talking about.)
As weird as it may sound, I was actually shipping them

The devs can try to break the cliché like how ICSTOR did with Linda. Make the landlady peruse the MC.
People can shit on ICSTOR all they want but I don't think anyone will disagree that he really hit a jackpot with Linda, it was very nice and fresh to see the roles reversed.
Don't even remind me this one. I hate this part so fucking much.
I don't mind horse cock MCs, they are a meme at this point, but these rituals were really pain to watch.

It's in the last couple of updates that all the sudden all the girls crave for creampie and be knocked up.

Not that I really agree with with the other guy entirely, but NLT's models have always had a skin texture that makes them look like dolls. Not that I can do better, or even know how to do it, but that's one way it could be improved.oh wow!
