I’m a bit confused when you say you lost or won. The game currently doesn’t have any win conditions, and there aren’t many opportunities for game overs (and there’s an old guide to avoiding game overs in my signature if you’re having trouble with those). As for Alexia’s jobs, it’s worth noting that you can change those at almost any time, so you don’t necessarily need multiple playthroughs to see that content; and regarding the other events (such as with Shaya), it’s largely randomized which one you’ll get at the end of each week, so when you get almost any specific event can change drastically from playthrough to playthrough. Additionally, some events are gated behind hidden stats, such as Rowan’s or Alexia’s corruption or their relationship with an NPC.I'm really enjoying the game so far, hot, cool to be just purely on the 'bad' side, and the characters are good for what this is.
But I have to say I think the game could communicate better, it feels like I'm fighting the game at some points. I got to the part where you can choose Alexia's job and thought I'd make a save, and replay it multiple times with Alexia on a different job each time to see each bit of content. And on the first branch(maid) I got Shaya all the say to revealing the 'truth' but lost because I wasn't trying the objective, second time though I was paying even less attention(researcher) but this time Jezera did a scene where she interrupted my paperwork and could seduce me(no idea where that came from) and lost again, played the other 2 paths(forge worker and breeder pit) real quick with nothing interesting but quit before even getting to the game over, then I did one more playthrough(tavern) from that point where I was pretty much just skipping the story except to get Tavern scenes and trying to get Shaya again because I wanted to reread her path, but for no reason I can figure out I couldn't get past the 'watch dance' part for Shaya but also won the battle somehow? Then got Shaya like 15+ days later in-story?
I legitimately don't know how I got Shaya the first time but couldn't the last for so long, where the Jezera scene came from in the second run, or how I supposedly won the last time. Not to say the information wasn't there, I was skimming a bunch since I was mostly scene hunting, but it was not nearly as obvious as I feel something like that should be.
Of course that's all just me and this has been fun, I just wanted to explain exactly where I was coming from and not just whining.
Quite a few events related to specific NPCs do become available to trigger manually after their requirements are fulfilled, and you can do so by visiting that NPC in the castle.
