Can't remember exactly how I did it... But try increasing her friendship to max by discussing interests, and try to find her in your room when you are roomates with Jill. They will both be in the room doing an excercise thing. Click on her and choose 'Help her' option for a scene that is repeatable and increases her lust.
Eventually you'll get dances and stuff from her at the bar. See if you can ask her for a dance there too (where she hops on the bar table and dances).
I'm not sure if her excercise thing with Jill in the room happens if Jill isn't in your room, as in she's roomated with Mom or Lil and not you... But you can check.

Increased friendship and checked the room for a whole week twice... and nothing.
I enjoy the game in general, but the lack of some minimal guidance is annoying.

I was very upset with this game, things don't work at all, nor does my aunt let me sleep next to her in the evening after staring at the bathroom, she even constantly gives it to me - the game is over, if someone can share a safe from the last part I will be very grateful !!!
