Everything should be good if you're going for either all native or all mod menu options. If you have some mix of paths, I may have missed something since there are many options/routes. Let me know if you find any issues.

Got a text from Jimmy during ep 3 even though I assaulted Jimmy. Not sure if that was caused by the game or the Mod.

I wonder if this comes from the mod or the game. I started Ep 4 with my teacher + Mark boyfriend route, past the first Jen+Mark scene I was sent to Dimitri's shop to work there, but I'm playing separate savegames for teacher/dimitri's shop (so I didn't pick "Both" when getting the job at the dean's office). Thanks in advance LightmanP

Yes, there are issues:
If i chose to play all paths using your mod in Ep4 i don't get any of the scenes with the dean in his office (not the BJ only and not the fuck). I also don't get the scene at the reception where Jennifer sucks Paul's cock under the table while he speaks with Mark.
It seems that after chosing "Mod:all" here

, i play all the paths but at the end when she wakes up next day i am forced to play the morning scene with Max

which is as if they never had a fight. I can not avoid to play this scene!
And after that it sems it goes on on a path where Jennifer remains with Max, which probably explains why i don't get the missing scenes. They are fortunately in Scrappy' Gallery but i want to go on with those paths not with a "Jennifer faithful" path..
The reason why this happens , as far as i can guess, is that after the scene with Ian, i get this text about a message that arrived meanwhile on her phone:

then this image comes (about "something that will change her life")

but here I don't see what it may change her life but the scene stops abruptly, short fade into black.. and the next image is this where Jennifer calls the dean:

I think here is where you may have missed something!
What school scenes do you get on Day 6? You can miss Dean scenes if you don't choose the Laurie path option during school and just spy on Hope, I've added the check for that for the next update. But you should get Paul's scene if you've had previous scenes with him.
You can send me your save to check it out, but when I tested I got all the scenes when choosing mod options.

If i remember well i have chosen Laurie path in Day6. Here is my last save View attachment 31-6-LT1.7z
Fact is that i have used your mod also on previous versions so i always played ALL options.. maybe its important which one i played last...
One strange thing is that when i unpack the original game Ep4 i get a folder called InsideJennifer-Episode_4-pc. But inside this folder there is a sub folder called InsideJennifer-Episode_3-pc..
