Yo this reminds me of that movie Jailbait from 2014. That movie was all about prison sex, lesbians and drugs.

After a first play-through, I have to say I don't really know.
On the one hand, the prison could make for an interesting scenario with chances for a lot of different mischief and storytelling, but the interactions with the cliche male characters, who once again shine with all their creepiness, tainted the fun for me from the very beginning.
If this was all optional [i.e. avoidable], then we could all enjoy the game, no matter what you want to see; as long as I can play the way I want, I don't really care about the other content of a game: great, then just turn the female MC into the biggest cock addict from here to the Andromeda galaxy for the hundredth time, while I have fun with the other ladies on my route...

Sure, one can argue that the game is only at the very beginning and that there isn't really much content yet, but regardless of that, the basic tone is set.

I find that these kinds of games can be very good, but are better started with the protag in prison with a little bit of flashback. Trying to portray a realistic arrest, investigation, and trial would take far too long and be too boring, but trying to do all of that quickly is so unrealistic as to challenge the suspension of disbelief. This game's sequence is absurd. No significant investigation, the trial taking place the day after the murder, the police officer serving as the prosecutor... it gets the protag to prison, but not in any way that allows the reader to believe it is possible.

I'd also imagine that a male prison guard with the name "Monica" is going to have a hard time with the other guards.

The actual prison stuff is good. I think the reticence of the other prisoners to actually spell out the "rules" comes across as realistic. Psycho woman guard and having a male guard in the women's prison clang a little bit, but serve the game.

One of these days i'll see a story/game where the protagonist is wrongly accused of a crime he/she did commit
Hm, now that's an interesting idea. A woman commits a crime for justified reasons, saves a few people because of it, but gets arrested anyway despite all the good she's done because of it.

Or the woman commits a murder leaving behind no evidence, but a crooked cop plants evidence that gets the woman convicted. Guilty but wrongly accused.

Actually, the way the law works, you can be wrongly {or, as pointed out above} illegally accused of a crime you did commit...
