Same problem here, might be because of the confusing release numbers. The Game version from this thread is CollegeBound-0.5.12_DC0.5.17-18-pc (which, what was already commented on, is rather odd) whilst the mod version you prodived is "[FOZ]la_CollegeBound-0.5.12(0.5.17)" (without the -18).
One would thing 0.5.12 game and 0.5.12 mod would fit.
But there seems to be a major difference in the folder structure:
While your mod has "dlc_episode2", "dlc_episode3" and "dlc_episode4", the game has just the "dlc_episode4" subfolder in the game folder, and two big rpa files: CB_episode2.rpa and CB_episode3.rpa.
When merging game folder, there are 91 files to copy of which just 35 already exist.
The error states that that a lot of labels are defined twice, like:

The label start0401 is defined twice, at File "dlc_episode3/scripts/S0401.rpyc", line 5:
and File "game/dlc_episode3/scripts/S0401.rpy", line 5:
(and a lot of similar errors)
If I delete dlc_episode3 it at least starts without errors, so my guess is that at least one of those rpa files needs to be unpacked to overwrite the dlc_episode3 files.
I never used these tools so please go easy on me if i get it wrong, but I think using rpatool(?) or so to extract the rpa files and then installing the mod should do the trick.
