Yes, they have various functions, some can join you or activate quests specifics to them. I think you can change the number of NPCs, it's been a while since I started a new game, but by default you only get a certain amount of the total available spawned and it's randomized. Probably to help make each run different.

So If i set it to 0 i would lock my self out of content?

Looks like the Shorty Special doesnt work anymore. Using the most recent beta posted here, and cant get any of the princesses pregnant with it (yes, im sure i took off the family jewels before the attempt).

Also, anyone got any idea how to progress with BirdP quest, where you have to release one of the birds from Gazer Prison? Been there already but cant find a way to sneak in.

Figured it out. Disregard that.

So many years have passed, since ive last played this game, and this STILL hasnt been fixed?

The dev(s) are adding new stuff, while leaving old stuff in disrepair. Human NPCs still dont have a vaginal sex scene... OniP has an intro, but nothing going on with it. Does MermaidP do anything, except declaring on FinheadP and dying?

Well, at least it looks like tea parties do more than agitate the participants now. Ive had an extremely calm game, lately. Waiting for GolemP (whos dialogues have been changed, which i appreciate) to declare on everybody. Will see how this turns out...

EDIT2: it turned out, like i thought it would - a clusterfuck. Will have to spend more time buffing the other reigns defense before tackling that one, and maybe get a crapton of stamps to force peace on everyone. Yikes, last time ive played GolemP didnt get a 5/5 attack and defense with her last conversation... thank god for "safety saves"...

Hello Everyone i started messing around with the game recently and i kinda found out how to add the DLC characters into the party but i am unsure if they work as intended the dialog and class seems to be fine i only tested 404B so far, Unfortunately i do not know how to make a patch for this so i'll be posting what i was messing with in Scripts and common Events.

After messing around with Fina i can say that the Character skills, and the animations are working since 404B is like Crystal Princess but with no skill and can't move, so i wasn't sure if it was working or not. 1.png

I do not know what the 3 Variables in the middle do since i copied WendigoP's and pasted then edited it
You have to make seperate switches and Conditional Branch for each DLC character because it does not exist
I am unsure if its safe to remove those or not but this is basicly what i managed to dig up.

EDIT1:

Gaita and Salizzie do not have any dialog it seems and Wuchan can't be added yet because her class isn't in the gamefiles yet.

EDIT2:

So the 3 variables are the items she gets added with 61 being the Princess Crown and 452 being Wendigo Princess's Rags so removing them or changing them is Safe.

maybe is a dumb question but, what happens when you refuse a Princess route? can you accept it later somehow? I refused KoboldPrincess route but when i entered in the throne room i didn't get asked again, im worried if i refuse other princess routes im gonna be without a route to follow for NG+

Just check the wiki, it sometimes has the answer.


NOTE: For Level 9 guild quest "Lurker in the Abyss" you are required to slay a Spika which only spawns in the Beta build, you CAN update the game to beta on your non beta save and do the quest. Switching to beta DOES NOT require a new save/game.

depend which princess some you have to accept other if you refuse they arent available again for exemple the wyvern princess

If you refuse a princess you can't go into her route until NG+
