A rather well put 1st try - I only saw 1 small typo (the 1st time ella goes to college you wrote "collage")
the UI is kinda good for a sissification game - bright and shiny when needed but not overboard.
the texts are decent - story progresses fast but hey... it's not "War and Peace".
All in all a good effort - let's hope you keep up to the quite good level of this first release so that many other people can get their release too.
(and yes the pun is intended)

Did you actually do the math at all?
There's only 131 games with the sissification tag. 66 being html. So, basically, half of them. 50%. 66 games out of 11,000. Which makes about 0.6%.

NO I didn't do the fucking math because I don't want to do math I want to sissify people damn it.
I dig that the main character has a proactive guide that is actively encouraging and willing to demonstrate how the business is done. A saucy team up is a fun way to change up the usual formula of similar style games.
Out of curiosity, will the protagonist have the option to retain some courage and agency through their changes, or is this more along the lines of a doormat under literal lock and key of others?

Just some advice for the dev. Clicking play for every video is kind of annoying, honestly. Same goes for the audio, though that's less cut and dry. Something like this might be a little better:

So, with what you are suggesting what will that do? will it start muted? I see muted in the lines that's why I am asking but I know nothing about how these things work.

It'll basically work like a gif. No audio, no video control, just looping on its own. That said, the user can right-click on said videos and bring up the controls/audio/etc. easily enough.

I never got this complaint. You (the player) are already sissifying someone else (the character in the game), what does it add to have another layer of separation? Wouldn't it play largely the same way?
other than a couple spelling mistakes that I had noticed the game is decent enough.
