I think your meta will still work fine, but there have been some pretty reasonably larger changes lately to our combat. A few things on skills and balance here and there, but the core has remained the same.It's been some months since I last played, so not sure if any major chaneges in combat were made, but I've played the game from start many times and usually just brute force the combats by aiming on the enemy's head until it bleeds, then I go for their arms. Rarely I would lose, unless I got bad RNG or did stupid movement decisions.
Larger changes are planned to the way you interact with it. Most changes lately have been to usability and being able to select enemies when they are obscured by walls (very amazing bit of tech Deck programmed) or other objects. But we really need to have a sit down and just dedicate a build to combat imo. We'll see what we come to, though.
