If the cock growth happens once (especially at/near the start of the game) and then it stays the same size, I don't really consider it a cock growth game. But expansion is a difficult thing to pull off since there's either no way back or you need to render/draw a lot of different variants for each scene.

That said, I'm not picky as long as it's big enough
