Been a bit light on new stuff, though there have been a few in the thread that have been updated with new content recently. Here are a couple of adds that I've tried in the past couple weeks.
Bimbo Virus - Fairly re-used concept, and I'm not entirely sold on the models. But it's got your outsized proportions that fit the bill if you're into that part of this niche.
Garden of Eden - Artworks nice, though I think the female character models are a bit similar. Story is bog standard, (Not insultingly so, just nothing ground breaking). I didn't have issue's with quest progression but some reviews state issues.

Demon Boy Saga - more a VN than a game, though it's got sandbox elements. MC has a hog on him, though it does seem like the size is inconsistent. Decent models, but I suspect the spanish is better than the english from a translation standpoint. Worth a look if you like 3d renders, ren'py, and sandbox. Toggleable NTR, which I guess is a hot button for some people, otherwise the plot is fairly bog-standard.
