No, you aren't. Just take a look at all the first releases that don't have that tag but don't have sex yet.
It's required if there's NEVER going to be sexual content, but with no sexual tags at the moment it's easy enough for the player to figure that much out.

Putting that tag in will more than likely have people ignoring your game right off the bat, never to be seen again.
