Not bad, the game could be a bit higher quality with some transitions and a bit of proof reading. I think RenPy has a way to look at a .txt file for dialog. Otherwise not too bad.

Look at Quickie from Oppai games, they arranged small experiences in one bundle. You can just do this "small packages" and later bundle them or make a retcon universe. I know nothing about programming tho so it's just an idea.
The bundle seems an easier start, while a big game may be a more incremental work but perhaps easier down the road because you "just add things". Dunno take your time and have fun
